Another story says that this caravanserai was built during the local rule of the Kiais who ruled Lahijan during the Timurid era, and was later destroyed by the Safavid government, and the remnants of them have been registered as the Safavid period. The building of Titi Caravanserai in Siahkal is made of stone and brick, and of course the date of construction of this building dates back to the Safavid dynasty.

In the construction of Titi Caravanserai in Siahkal, the principle of symmetry has been observed in its construction, and in a word, the building has an axis of symmetry in its longitudinal direction.
The building dates back to about 500 to 600 years ago, and until the current roads were not built, the means of transportation were horses and mules in this region.
